*Sunday controls: this indicates that on the bank and public holidays noted, resident bays will be restricted for resident permit holders only and enforced as if it was a Sunday. If a resident bay is controlled on a Sunday you may receive a parking ticket (PCN) if you park in it on a bank or public holiday without a valid resident permit. If the resident bay is not controlled on a Sunday, parking on a bank or public holiday without a valid resident permit is allowed.
A sign stating 'Resident permit holders only' with no days or times quoted indicates that the bay is controlled at all times, every day, including on public and Bank holidays.
Please be aware that there may be special arrangements in force in the area around Lord's Cricket Ground.
Dedicated permit holder bays
Bays that are marked for specialist permit holders only (e.g. disabled, doctor, hospital) will be restricted and enforced at all times.
If you park in one of these bays without displaying the relevant permit you may be issued with a parking ticket (PCN).
Yellow lines
Double yellow lines will continue to be controlled at all times.
Single yellow line restrictions do not apply on public and bank holidays - except where restrictions would normally apply on a Sunday. Check for yellow parking signs by the roadside if you're not sure. You should not park adjacent to a dropped kerb, even if this is marked by a single yellow line.
Traffic enforcement cameras
Traffic enforcement cameras continue to operate every day except Christmas Day.
