The hotel is on a beautiful well maintained property, the room was clean and spacious, staff were generally welcoming with exception for the odd 1 or 2 interactions. However major improvement is required for the checking in process, I stood for 45 minutes waiting to be checked in, this is my second visit, the 1st was long as well but not as long as this occasion. The customer service agent was apologetic and also gave us a bottle of wine for the delay.I found the food at the main buffet area was quite limited, pasta station had for protein only seafood mix, entertainment was next to non- existing, not much excitement on the beach or pool, sport bar is a no as wellOverall it is a nice property, but not much to do within the property, it was good for relaxation.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They were willing to have conversations or just to offer a friendly greeting. The room was beautiful and kept clean and was always stocked. The entertainment was different from what I’ve ever experienced before and it was very interesting. One of the entertainment coordinators, Shanell, intrigued me to join the paint and sip event and it was great time with interesting people. I was even able to keep my masterpiece in the end. All in all I had a great stay and would definitely go again.
