When is your last entry? If I book an afternoon timed entry slot, will I only have limited time to explore the site?

Our timed entry slots help us manage flow on site and stagger entry. They do not limit your time on site. Our last timed entry slot is currently from 14.00, which will still give you two hours to explore the site – perfect for an afternoon out. Our Annual Pass gives you unlimited free returns for a year.

What should I do when I arrive?

When you book, you will receive a booking confirmation email. Please bring this email with you when you arrive, either on a mobile device or as a print-out, plus any ID required for concessions and Friends. We want to keep queuing to a minimum so if you can have these ready when you arrive in Admissions, we’d be grateful.
