Turning Point RSHE project - distributing 'Young People's RSHE' survey with students

Please find attached an information document for parents/guardians and a separate one for teachers. If a young person is under 18, Parents/Guardians should have the ability to opt them out of the survey – this is explained in the info doc.Ideally we would like to hear from all students within the age-range, including those who have been excluded from RSHE sessions. We have also attached updated versions of the resources that we sent to you in the initial email. Link to survey is below (there are also QR codes that take you to the survey on the poster and presentation slides): https://forms.office.com/e/DwTYcAbeUvIf you are checking through the survey, please ensure you don’t press submit as this will record your answers as a young person and may skew the data.
