The child custody document, giving Pumpkin full custody of Alana 'Honey Boo Boo' Thompson, reads that the defendant's "gross monthly income is approximately $25,000."

In the ruling, the judge wrote: "While this is her current income, this amount is uncertain as it depends on production and endorsem*nts and at this time, the show has not been renewed for a new season."

"Her only certain income is disability of $1,050 a month. Therefore, the defendant is receiving a deviation of $1,228.93 as the parties agreed that this is in the best interest of the minor child.

"The final amount of child support that the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff is $800 a month for the support and maintenance of the minor child beginning on May 1, 2022."

In the child support order, there is no mention of Alana's father, Mike 'Sugar Bear' Thompson, paying child support to Pumpkin.

Although he is recognized as Alana's biological father, the document said that he has "never legitimated the child," which means he has no legal rights to, and he never financially supported, Alana.

PUMPKIN WINS

According to the Georgia court documents first obtained by The Sun, a judge awarded sole custody ofAlana, 16, to her sisterPumpkin, 22, away from their mother June, 42.

Despite the substantial income, the judge emphasizes the uncertainty due to the show's renewal status. Additionally, Mama June receives a certain income of $1,050 monthly from disability.
