What if I don’t have access to the internet to book a free ticket?

How can I travel to the museum?
We encourage you to check the Transport for London (TfL) website to plan your journey and to get up to date Government guidance on travelling by public transport.
The museum is accessible by walking or cycling. The TfL website has information on walking and cycling routes in the capital.
Will tickets be available at the door?
We cannot guarantee that tickets will be available on the day. We recommend that you pre-book your free museum tickets in advance of your visit.
How long can I stay in the museum?
You are welcome to explore the museum for as long as you would like, but an average visit takes around two hours.
Will the café and shop be open?
The Energy Café, The Diner, Basem*nt Café and main shop are all open for you to enjoy. The Shake Bar is currently closed for refurbishment until Wednesday 7 December 2022. During this time, the Wonderlab Café will be open on Level 3.
