The most likely cause of the problem is a worn out battery pack. The Rhino 800 batteries are only good for 200-300 discharge and recharge cycles and after a year they might be getting pretty close to that. Some batteries wear out faster than others so it i not unusual for a replacement to be necessary after a year.

However, an ideal scooter should be between 125cc to 150cc for most scooter riders. This engine size is perfect if you want to ride beyond city limits.

Doing a hill start facing uphill
Hold the handbrake up so it's still engaged. Let the clutch out a little until you can feel it 'bite', then push it back in slightly to steady the car. Push down on the accelerator. Remember that you'll need more accelerator than when you start the car on the flat.
