Hilton doesn't offer lifetime status for its Gold or Silver tiers. In order to earn lifetime Diamond status with Hilton, you'll need to do the following: Qualify for Diamond status for at least 10 years (they don't have to be consecutive) AND... Complete at least 1,000 paid or reward nights OR...

Hilton Honors allows members to lock in top-tier Diamond elite status for life by meeting the following requirements: Earn Hilton Diamond status for 10 (non-consecutive) years and complete one of the following: Complete stays totaling 1,000 paid and reward nights OR.
To be a Lifetime Diamond Member, you must earn Hilton Diamond status for 10 (non-consecutive) years and complete 1 additional milestone: Complete stays totaling 1,000 paid and reward nights.
If you earn 1,000,000 lifetime base points, you'll earn lifetime Globalist status. Bottom Line: You can earn Hyatt elite status through qualifying nights or base points or meetings/events. Once you earn status, it will be valid through February of the second calendar year after qualification.
If a member receives Gold status and then is upgraded to Diamond status, the 365-day expiration period resets to the date the Diamond status was applied to the member's account. Example: If a member receives a gift of Gold status on June 1st, 2022, then the Gold status would expire on June 1st, 2023.
Staying at Hilton properties
Make at least 14 stays or stay 28 nights within the 2022 calendar year at Hilton Honors-participating hotels to achieve Hilton Honors Gold status. This can include rollover nights from the year before. Starting in 2023, the requirements change to 20 stays or 40 nights.
If Hilton approves your status match, it will upgrade your status to Gold for 90 days. You can keep Gold status through March 31, 2024, if you stay seven nights within your 90-day trial period. And you can snag top-tier Diamond status through March 31, 2024, if you stay 12 nights within your 90-day trial period.

Do Hilton Diamond members get late check out?

Booking a fifth night free is hassle free. Sign into your Hilton account and select a stay of five nights or more. You'll automatically get the fifth-night-free discount. Remember, only folks who have Silver, Gold, or Diamond elite status can use this perk.
That means that five nights would cost you 40,000 points, or an average of 8,000 points per night. That means that 100,000 points would get you 12 free nights at that hotel.
Lifetime Platinum Elite status is the highest level and it can be achieved after earning 600 lifetime nights and 10 years of Platinum Elite status or higher.

Hyatt Globalist status lasts for at least 14 months. You'll get Globalist status for the rest of the year in which you earn it, the following year, then the first two months of the year after that. Let's say you earn Hyatt Globalist in December of 2023. That means you'll have status through Feb.

If you accrue 42 nights, 21 stays or 84,000 base points during this calendar year, you'll earn Diamond elite status through Dec. 31, 2023.
As before, Members will still achieve Hilton Honors status through stays, nights, or Hilton Honors Base Points. All Points & Money Rewards™ stays and nights will continue to count towards the achievement of Hilton Honors status.

Do Hilton Diamond members get upgrades?

Is Hilton doing away with executive lounges?
Signia Hilton, the hotel chain's corporate-focused brand that launched in 2019, will not offer executive lounge access as part of its Hilton Honors program, marking the first time elite members will be excluded from executive lounge access, One Mile at a Time reported earlier this week.
