How do I remove titles from continue watching on Discovery Plus?
Hover your mouse over any title you want to delete and click X at the bottom of its window. On a mobile device, navigate to Keep Watching and tap More (three dots) > Remove from Watch History.

The new feature means that you can now delete content that you have no plans to revisit, and is available across Netflix's TV, web and mobile apps. To ditch a TV show or movie from your 'Continue Watching' row on all devices, select the item and then scroll down to 'Remove from Continue Watching' from the page options.

Discovery+ does not offer any parental control tools at the time of writing. That's disappointing, since I could easily imagine a scenario in which a parent might want to let their child watch the many nature documentaries on discovery+, but restrict viewing of other age-inappropriate content.

Why can't you remove from continue watching?
To remove a show from the Continue Watching section on a web browser, go to Netflix.com and sign in. Then scroll down to the Continue Watching section and hover your mouse over the show you want to remove. Finally, select the “x” icon below and choose a reason you want to remove the show.

Block or unblock a TV show or movie
From a web browser, go to your Account page. Open the Profile & Parental Controls settings for the profile you want to manage. Change the Viewing Restrictions setting.
- Start a program.
- Tap the screen and tap CC in the bottom right corner.
- Tap CC again to turn off.
Why can't I turn off captions on Discovery Plus?
Follow these steps to turn off closed captions when you're watching on the Discovery Plus website: Start playing a title, then hover your cursor over the video player to bring up the playback options. Select the speech bubble in the lower-right corner to bring up CC and subtitle options. Select Off.
The Continue Watching feature works similarly to other streaming services by allowing you to pause watching your desired content then resume where you left off at a later time. Beginning in January 2022, the Continue Watching feature will start appearing on some VOD content.

Go to your Android device's Settings. Tap Accessibility, followed by Captions. Slide the on/off toggle to On. Adjust readability settings as desired.
If Closed Captioning is being displayed even though the CC option in the TV menu is set to Off , then it is being produced by another device, such as a cable or satellite set-top box. To remove the Closed Captioning from the TV screen, it must be disabled on the device that is decoding the Closed Captioned signal.
If you no longer need closed captions, you can turn them off in the same way as you turned them on. Press Menu on your remote. Select Accessibility from the General menu. Toggle off Closed Captions at the top of the screen.
