Star rating is formally awarded from one to five. So, five star hotels are the hotels with highest facilities according to that. Seven star rating is not offered by a formal body. Design and construction
The resort is designed by Moshe Safdie, who says it was initially inspired by card decks. The prominent feature of the design is the three hotel towers, which has 2,500 rooms and suites, and a continuous lobby at the base links the three towers.

Can an above ground pool be 7 feet deep?
You may be thinking above ground pools cannot be that deep, but they can actually go as far down as 8 feet or more! This is due to the elasticity of the vinyl liners.
