Is Arthur Morgan a good guy?
Although he seems like a despicable person at first, while showing no remorse whatsoever for the people he has killed. It is proven throughout the story that Arthur is actually a good person deep down, who holds many regrets about the life he chose.
Like some of us, Arthur can have a pretty good sense of humor, ways of talking himself out of trouble, and most importantly, his ways of connecting with people that he has fought alongside with for a long time. Basically, Arthur represents a perfect classic character arc.

Perhaps most notably, he falls in love with Eliza, a waitress he meets. They have a son named Isaac, and while Arthur isn't around to be a father to the child, he does try to support them however he can. Eliza isn't an outlaw, though she knows how Arthur makes his money and accepts his help.

Arthur is certainly more intelligent than John, but we also wouldn't put him in the top tier. Arthur is painfully quick to answer with violence instead of thought, and he too is often called an idiot or a fool by those around him. He also remains loyal to Dutch a little longer than he should have.

Around 1877, Arthur and his siblings were picked up by Dutch Van Der Linde and Hosea Matthews. All in all, it's clear that Dutch is suffering from a personality disorder, and he's a textbook narcissist. Narcissism is defined by dramatic and exaggerated traits, emotional intensity, as well as acting erratically and unpredictable.
Marion "Bill" Williamson is a major antagonist in Red Dead Redemption, as well as a supporting character in its prequel Red Dead Redemption II. He is a former gang partner of John Marston.
