What happens to Tasha at the end of Power?
In the end, as Tasha enters her new life in prison, the episode cuts back and forth with Tariq entering his new life at college, which he needs to finish since he'll only see his share of Ghost's will upon graduating.
In Season 6, Episode 13, however, Tommy finally found out Tasha's role in his girlfriend's death, and went to confront Tasha about it, nearly killing her in the process.
Horrified by her actions, Tasha realizes that Lakeisha is now a loose end and to protect her son she has to die. Keisha begs Tasha because of Cash and Tasha ponders on it. After a moment of hesitation, Tasha issues one final apology to her and fatally shoots Keisha in the head.
Despite the Stranger Danger, Tariq is still hanging out with Kanan, who goads him into stealing shoes. Tasha and Ghost have sex after a successful Parents' Day for their kids, but Ghost makes it clear that they're not back together.

Did Tariq get his sister killed?

Who killed Greg Knox?

Tariq wants to spread Kanan's (Curtis '50 Cent' Jackson) ashes. Before he does, Tommy puts on “Crossroads” by BONE Thugs in Harmony and spreads some of Kanan's ashes on his freshly rolled joint. Tommy tells Tariq that Ghost tricked him into doing something really bad that he can't back from. Tariq isn't surprised.
Kemp read out the question: "Does Ghost have a secret sister?" Smirking, she replied: "No. Not a sister.
Ghost left him an envelope with keys in it. They were to a garage that had a fully restored purple 1969 Mustang. Tommy makes a stop at Elisa Marie's. They have an honest talk about loneliness and letting go.

"You know that Ghost and Tommy are a part of Kanan's upbringing," he said. "Kanan taught Ghost and Tommy to be Ghost and Tommy. So as the show goes on, and as Kanan's life continues to grow and build, we'll see how they fold into things too."
Ghost did get the last laugh in the end, like he always seems to — he left no money (nothing!) for Tasha in his will and Tariq only gets his and Raina's part if he finishes college. He set Tasha's mom up with rent for a year, presumably because he figured she'd have to take care of little Yas eventually.
Tasha then reveals to Saxe and Blanca that Ghost killed Terry Silver and reveals the location of his corpse in Terry's car.
At the end, Tasha is arrested in connection of the death of Ghost, as Quinten gave her up after giving an alibi. Knowing she didn't do it but wanting to protect her son, she framed herself while telling her pleading son to live his life. It is implied that she will spend the rest of her life in prison for her crimes.
Kanan is shot by the police, but manages to kill all of them. He approaches the police car with Tariq in it, locking eyes with him before killing the last surviving officer.
“I covered it in the scene before but I was carrying and running and it's amazing. That was hard for me.” During the scene, Tasha specifically refers to her pregnancy with Raina, making the sequence a particularly tough day on the set.
