When can we redeem 2023 CDC voucher?
Singaporean Households have until 31 December 2023 to claim and spend their CDC Vouchers 2023. Who is eligible for the CDC Vouchers Scheme? Each Singaporean household can claim $300 in CDC vouchers.

Deputy Prime Minister and then Finance Minister Mr Heng Swee Heat first launched the CDC Vouchers Scheme in June 2020 and January 2021 to help Singaporean lower-income households defray their cost of living and at the same time, to support hawkers and heartland merchants affected by Covid-19 pandemic.
CDC Vouchers can be used at participating local merchants and hawkers. To use your vouchers, you simply hand them to the participating merchant, who will then exchange them for cash from the government. You can use more than one CDC voucher in a single transaction.
Giant Singapore clarified in a Facebook post that the CDC vouchers cannot be used at its self-checkout counters as they need to be presented to a cashier. Besides these supermarket chains, CDC vouchers are also accepted by participating heartland hawkers and merchants.
Enhanced cash payouts up to $700 in 2023 and up to $850 in 2024, to help lower-income Singaporeans with their daily living expenses.
Every Singaporean household will receive a total of S$300 worth of CDC Vouchers. Of the $300 worth of CDC Vouchers, $150 can be spent at participating hawkers and heartland merchants and the remaining $150 at participating supermarkets.

Multiple vouchers may be used in a single transaction and any unused amount or value in a voucher is not refundable. or replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged; and (b) defaced, damaged or expired Voucher Printouts will not be accepted at the participating merchants.

Who is eligible for Singapore payout 2023?
All eligible adult Singaporean citizens (i) who are aged 21 years and above in 2023, (ii) with AI of not more than $100,000, and (iii) who do not own more than one property, will receive one-off cash amounting to between $200 and $400 in June 2023.
The CDC Vouchers 2021 and 2022 will be valid until 31 December 2022 and all Singaporean households are encouraged to utilise their vouchers within the validity period. The donation period of up 31 January 2023 is to provide residents additional time to consider the donation of their CDC Vouchers 2021 and 2022.
One member of each household will need to visit go.gov.sg/cdcv and login with his/her Singpass account to claim the 2023 CDC Vouchers on behalf of their household. A CDC voucher link will be sent to the registered mobile phone number of the claimant, who can then share it with other household members via a link.

Every Singaporean household will get an additional $200 in CDC vouchers in 2024, bringing the total amount of CDC vouchers for each Singaporean household to $500 in 2024.

Some Things to Know About the CDC Vouchers
You can use the “Share My Vouchers” feature on your SingPass to generate a link you can send to household members. Collect physical vouchers at the nearest CDC community center if you can't access your e-vouchers using your phone.
Expiry dates can vary as the trader decides how long they are valid for. Some sellers can be flexible. If your voucher has expired, contact the seller to see if they will extend it. However, if you bought the gift voucher before 2 December 2019, they have no legal obligation to do this and may charge you a fee.

A: You can head to the nearest community centre for assistance to print the vouchers. You will have to bring along your identity card, notification letter, and ensure you have a valid Singpass account. A hard copy of the vouchers will then be printed for you.
