How did Lotso turn evil?
Viewers learn in flashback that Lots-o's beloved owner, Daisy, accidentally left him behind. When he made his way back to her, he made the heartbreaking discovery that she had replaced him with a new Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear. It was this event that made him evil.

Realizing Buzz can't be talked out of his loyalty, Lotso orders Big Baby to put Buzz back in the Time-Out Chair. He then uses a Buzz Lightyear action figure manual, which is given to him by the Bookworm, to reset Buzz to his demo mode.
Toy Story 3 is arguably the darkest of the series, which is best displayed in the scene where the toys are facing down an incinerator after Lotso betrays them. For a moment it appears they're doomed and they hold hands as they face their fate - only to get rescued by a claw controlled by the aliens at the last moment.
Lotso, on the other hand, pretends the past doesn't exist and that he can't be hurt. He's terrified of caring because it could result in pain again. They're complete opposites, so the movie benefits from this philosophical battle.
Lotso is by far the most evil villain in the Toy Story series with no redeeming qualities, in contrast to Sid and Stinky Pete. - Sid gives up his torturing of toys and grows up to be a garbage man. -Stinky Pete enjoys being doodled by his new owner Amy.
Unlike Sid Phillips, Stinky Pete and Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear, the main antagonists of the first three Toy Story movies, Gabby Gabby does not have any interactions with Buzz, if Sid's apparent redemption in the third film does not count. Most of her interactions are just with Woody.

Overall, Lotso has proven to be both irredeemably and unsympathetically evil. Despite his tragic backstory and any admiration he may have had towards Daisy, Lotso shredded it all up by taking his hatred and rage on other toys that had no involvement with him getting replaced.
Ankle Drag: Lotso catches Woody's ankle and pulls him into the garbage container at Sunnyside. And There Was Much Rejoicing: The Stinger shows that Ken and Barbie have made Sunnyside "cool and groovy", while Lotso's minions were Easily Forgiven after they realized Lotso duped them into his nihilistic mindset.

Who is Woody's enemy?

Although there are many characters Woody is not fond of, such as Sid, there are 3 main enemies of Woody. Across the Toy Story films, there is a different enemy for each movie, these are Stinky Pete, Lotso, and Gabby Gabby.
Evil Woody was originally pitched as a sarcastic bully, a sneering gunslinger whose cruel behaviour causes the other toys to rise up in rebellion. But executives disliked early drafts so much that they ordered a complete rewrite.

Why does Woody leave Andy?
By the film's end, Woody, a toy who Andy says is so loyal that he'll "never give up on you, ever," decides to part ways with Bonnie. He ditches his owner, who he feels has forgotten him, for a lifetime of being a lost toy with Bo Peep.
Woody then passes his sheriff badge to Jessie and bids adieu to his friends in an emotional farewell. At the ending of Toy Story 4, Woody and Bo start a new life with their friends Ducky, Bunny, Giggle and Duke which will be dedicated to finding new owners to the lost toys.

Bo Peep was ultimately written out of Toy Story 3, due to the fact Molly and Andy probably don't want her anymore, and emblematic of the losses the toys have had over time.
Bonnie finds him and takes him home but leaves his hat on the grass outside the daycare center. Lotso finds it and gives it to the other toys making them think he did something bad to him and Bullseye gives Woody's hat back when Woody comes back to Sunnyside to save his friends.

Gabby Gabby is the main antagonist of Pixar's 21st feature-length animated film Toy Story 4. She is a vintage pull-string talking doll from the 1950s who lived in the Second Chance Antique shop before meeting Woody and his friends and having a kid owner of her own.
