Mammoth Bronze Sculptures
We are preparing for our largest renovation in Mayborn history. The first phase will provide innovative upgrades to the natural science and cultural history galleries. New exhibits will include anAcrocanthosaurus(a big meat-eating dinosaur!) that comes to life every ten minutes, a replica of the Waco Suspension Bridge that walks guests through Central Texas’ history, and life-sized bronze mammoths at the entrance of the museum by renowned wildlife sculptor, Tom Tischler.
