Can I give my Nintendo switch games to someone else?
You essentially won't "own" the game anymore if you can't download it, and you won't receive a refund for your time. You can't simply share, trade, or sell the games you purchase on Nintendo Switch when you buy them digitally. They are tied to your system, for better or worse.
The game isn't limited to the Nintendo Account that made the purchase. Anyone that uses the purchaser's primary console can play the digital games or DLC that have been purchased by that Nintendo Account.
If you do not have access to the original console, you can still transfer your Nintendo Account and digital games to a different Nintendo Switch console and make that console your account's primary console.

To transfer data from the system memory to the microSD card, select "Move to microSD Card". To transfer data from the microSD card to the system memory, select "Move to System Memory". Select the game you want to move from the list and follow the on-screen instructions.

Can two people use the same Nintendo Switch?
Up to 8 user accounts can be created on one console. On the HOME Menu, select "System Settings" → "Users" → "Add User". Select how you'd like to add a user. If you've already linked a Nintendo Account with a user on another console, you can select "Import User Data from Another Console".
You can't straight up move the game from internal storage to the micro SD. Fortunately though, the game and save file are separate from one another. So, all you would need to do is delete the game and download it again, and it'll be on your micro SD.

You can play digital games that you've purchased with your Nintendo Account on any Nintendo Switch console. Once you've registered a primary console, your digital purchases can also be played by anyone that uses the primary console. Your games are tied to your Nintendo account, so logging into it on your new console should give you all your games. However, save data is saved to the SD card or hard drive, not the account (some games support Nintendo Online cloud saves, though).

Linking a Nintendo Account to a user account also provides access to the following online features: Access online game modes (online multiplayer, global rankings, DLC, etc)
Can you sell games bought on Nintendo eShop? eShop games can't be resold nor can the buyer verify it works since they would also have to enter the code.

- Click on Software.
- Choose the game you want to delete.
- Click Delete Software.
- Press Delete.
Link your Nintendo Account to the non-primary Nintendo Switch consoles that you wish to play your digital games on. Redownload the games or content you want to access on each Nintendo Switch console. On any of your consoles, select your downloaded game from the HOME Menu to begin playing the game on that console.
Much of it comes down to personal preference. If you like having shelves lined with your games that you can browse and reminisce, you'll want to go for physical. If you prefer the convenience and speed offered through digital purchases, and don't want game boxes lying around, then you'll want to go digital.
