Where can I use LifeSG credit?
The cash credits in the LifeSG application can only be spent at merchants who accept payment by “Scan and Pay” via PayNow UEN QR or NETS QR. PayNow QRs registered to their personal mobile numbers or NRIC instead of a company UEN are not accepted.
- Go to Home via the bottom navigation.

Use your NS55 credits with LifeSG

Yep! You can transfer that $100 into your bank account with no fees so long as you have the appropriate multi-currency accounts and cards.

Do NS credits expire?
Credits will be valid for two work years. Any unused credits will be expired thereafter.
LifeSG and MINDEF have made it very clear that these credits are mainly meant for spending, not withdrawals, so the app only supports PayNow QR and NETS QRs. The most straightforward way to spend the credits is to look for a physical store, like your hawker centre or heartland shop to get your daily necessities.

You just go to an ATM and take the cash that you need, within the allocated limit. It doesn't need any special approval from the bank or anything. How to cash money from credit card?

We accept all locally issued Mastercard or VISA credit or debit cards. To link your Credit/Debit Card, go to Me tab > select the gear icon or account setting > select Bank Accounts/Cards > select Add New Card > enter Card Details > select submit.
Before you can pay by installments, you'll have to add it as a payment method to your Shopee account. You can do so on Shopee App by going to the Me tab > Account Settings > Bank Accounts / Card > +New Credit Card Installment. Fill in your credit card details and Submit.
You can get cash from a store credit card if it offers cash advances. Closed-loop store cards can only be used with a specific store and don't offer this feature. Store cards that can be used with other merchants, such as those issued by Visa and Mastercard, may offer these advances.
Usually, the most common ways to redeem cash back rewards are by requesting a statement credit to offset your current card balance or by having the funds deposited into a linked bank account.
These credits are digitally disbursed via the LifeSG mobile application. On top of that, the supermarket chain is giving out its own vouchers for four days. FairPrice has confirmed that its outlets are among the merchants where the credits can be spent.

Who is eligible for the NS55 recognition package?
Q: Who is eligible for the NS55 credits? NSmen will be eligible for the package based on their national service status as of May this year. This includes full-time national servicemen (NSFs), those who are or were operationally ready NSmen, and NSFs who are disrupted from full-time National Service.

6. I am an NSF, what happens to my credits after my Operationally Ready Date (ORD)? Your credits will be invalidated after your ORD. Subsequently, you will be allocated a new set of credits as per the NSmen workforce credit allocation policy.

Passing Criteria
You need to take and pass your annual IPPT within your IPPT window. The IPPT comprises 3 stations – Push-Ups, Sit-Ups and 2.4km Run. To pass, you need to score a minimum of 1 point in each station, and achieve a total score of at least 51 out of 100 points.
The NS50 vouchers can also be used at all SAFRA and HomeTeamNS clubs to book facilities, register for activities, and extend their membership with the respective NS associations. In addition, national servicemen may also use their NS50 vouchers to support the socially disadvantaged groups in Singapore.
The next step is to press the PayNow icon on the screen and select S$90 to cash out. The last step is to open the LifeSG app, which eligible past and present national servicemen (NSmen) who want to use the NS55 credits must download, to scan the QR code on the $TM screen. And the cash will be disbursed.
