He knows he has to keep moving. Ghost left him an envelope with keys in it. They were to a garage that had a fully restored purple 1969 Mustang. Tommy makes a stop at Elisa Marie's.
Tariq refused to help save his father's life, suggesting he may have been unwilling to save Ghost's life because he actually had plans to kill him. Again, Ghost may have told Tommy to "let it go" because he realises it is his fault that Tariq has taken the path he has and so does not want Tommy to murder him for it.
Tommy shooting Angela
So, the fact that he ended up killing her came as a surprise to no one, though it was downright shocking when it finally happened. After all, Ghost was the one who had betrayed him by tricking him into killing his father.
Tommy agrees to this plan, and talks to Kanan. Meanwhile Tommy then fools Kanan into believing that he and James's friendship is over. That is when Tommy discovers that Ghost and Tasha sent Kanan to jail by taking out one of the tail lights from his car so that he can be pulled over with the drugs that he was carrying.
"Let it go," Ghost told him, a major clue as to who shot him. The fact that Ghost wants Tommy to let the killing go and does not want his death to be avenged suggests that the killer is probably someone close to him (Tariq or Tasha) rather than someone like Saxe (Shane Johnson) or Tate (Laurenz Tate).

That suggests that Tommy's handing on a mixture of "you're up, kidda" business stuff and straightforward "I'm gonna die, kidda" stuff. Certainly, that's what the direction and editing hints at. We see young Charles, buttoned up in his grey coat, looking distinctly miffed.

He had tuberculoma in his brain stem, a growth caused by the same bacteria as the lung disease, doubtless picked up from daughter Ruby (Orla McDonagh). It wasn't infectious but it was inoperable. The symptoms (seizures, dissociation, hallucinations, sharp cheekbones – I may have added the last one) chimed with Tommy's.
Lizzie officially reached the end of her tether after discovering Tommy had slept with Diana Mitford and decided to leave him. Still distraught over the death of her daughter Ruby, she's surprised when Tommy's son Charlie asks to join her instead of staying with him.
Ruby may be warning of a coming devil (Tommy, perhaps, or the fascist tide in Europe). Or, as some fans speculated, the warning is that the daughter of the devil will die. If the devil is Tommy, then the daughter is Ruby.
Who was the 3rd body in Peaky Blinders?
